Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform effective supervision of workers on the farm
- Coordinate the daily operation of the farm
- Responsible for the proper maintenance of farm equipment and machinery
- Maintain and keep updated inventory of stocks on the farm
- Request and order supplies for the farm
- Ensure all farm works perform their duties accordingly
- Perform all other responsibilities that may be assigned
